BuilderIQ is an educational software product. It asks about your skills, time and goals, matches you with online business models, generates a personalized 90-day roadmap and task checklist, and provides an AI coach to help you work through the steps.

BuilderIQ provides educational guidance, business ideas, and personalized action plans. It does not guarantee income, business success, or financial results. Results vary based on individual effort, skills, market conditions, and consistency. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for evaluating any opportunity before acting on it.

BuilderIQ does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.

You need an account to use BuilderIQ. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Accounts are for individual use. Your BuilderIQ plan, roadmap, and coach access are licensed to you personally and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

BuilderIQ Pro costs $19.99 per month, charged as a recurring monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. If a payment fails, access to Pro features may pause until the payment is resolved.

Billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops your next renewal, and you keep access through the remainder of your paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

In practice: cancelling stops your next renewal charge. Your Pro features stay unlocked for the rest of the billing period you already paid for, and then your account returns to the free plan. You can cancel from the upgrade page inside your account or through the billing portal, and you can restart a subscription later.

The free plan includes the assessment, your matched paths, a preview of your roadmap, a limited number of action steps, and limited AI coach usage. We may adjust what the free plan includes over time.

Do not misuse BuilderIQ: no unlawful activity, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping or automated bulk access, no reselling access, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Recommendations, roadmaps, and coach replies are generated with AI and may contain mistakes or outdated information. Review AI output with judgement before acting on it. You are responsible for how you use it.

Reviews are moderated and appear publicly only after approval. By submitting a review you allow BuilderIQ to display it publicly, showing your star rating, review text, and first name where available. We may decline or remove reviews at our discretion.

We work to keep BuilderIQ available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, improve, or discontinue features. If we make a material change to subscription pricing, it will not apply to your current billing period.

To the extent permitted by law, BuilderIQ is provided "as is" and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
